Job Responsibilities :
Provide support for hiring of resources at the JioCenter/Area.and
ensure smooth on boarding of new joinees.
Manage end to end employee life cycle of the employees at respective Jio
Centers / areas.
Ensure all people hygiene factors are completed as per timeline viz.
Bank A/c, Aadhar, PAN, Nominations, SAMs, Bio metric, tools that are
required for execution of task.
Support Employee Relations team in people compliance at Jio Centers and
Handle employee queries on HR processes and policies.
Manage Area MIS and tracking of key activities of HR
Education Requirement :
a. Candidates with 60% or above all throughout 10th, 12th and graduationb. Candidate with no backlogc. Post-Graduation specialization in Management or Psychologyd. Candidate should have completed their respective graduation in thesame year and should not have any gap in between completion and joining
Experience Requirement :
