  • Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines
  • To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location
  • Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls
  • Enable the Agency Leaders to build & drive a strong advisor force
  • To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through existing AMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
  • To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of AMs/ALs and advisors
  • Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism

Taking care of day to day administration of the branch

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 to ₹1,200,000.00 /year

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s

Required experience:

  • Agency channel (life insurance): 4 years
