F. Primary Responsibilities
Clustering of cities/markets/geographies to enter along with volume/potential assessment
Adhere to the area budget for all the individual events for the year
Identify, assess and enrol Business Associates and Area Business Heads after conducting due diligence and background/business capability check
Focus on promoting Kibatsu as the top choice for vehicle refinish solution among mechanics
Coordinate with area sales manager and the team for a smooth product launch
Closely monitor and oversee the work of painters with mechanics to provide successful demos
Prepare and provide a detailed plan for the requirement of BTL plan e.g. – outdoor hoardings and signage on the basis of the area/ size, type of signage, position / placement of the signage etc..
Close Monitoring of all Area Business Heads of state to achieve the performance as per business plan.
Actively participate in all training and development programs to maximize potential and achieve minimum number of training hours
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority
