    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage essential support difficulties and queries, control escalations and delicate issues and questions
    • Manage significant accounts
    • Be identified as a professional in particular technical parts and platforms
    • Resolve more sophisticated situations and take on specific projects
    • Acquire technical expertise of Data products and services in order to handle consumer difficulties and queries by going to internal training classes
