A Front Office Executive is an important part of the administration team. He is the first point of contact at the office and is responsible for delivering administrative support across the organization. A Front Office Executive is also responsible for introducing the clients and guests to the higher management of the organization. A Front Office Executive controls the flow of people through the organization and ensures that all the receptionists are performing their task in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of a Front Office Executive:-
Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities
Maintaining administration and operation records
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department
Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stock
