Work you’ll do
As a Consultant for the HR Operational Excellence team you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and processes to optimize business results through the alignment of HR service delivery and strategy. Help businesses achieve their strategic objectives for performance and growth by:
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client, solving complex problems.
Finding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work product

2 years related experience
Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Shared Services, Outsourcing Advisory, Business Case, Metrics & Benchmarking, HR Processes, M&A and/or HR Program Management.
Up to 80% travel required
4 years of related experience
External consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
