Job Summary

Will be deputed as Public Grievance Coordinator in the districts of Jharkhand and act as an information coordinator & be able to study & identify the registered grievance & coordinate with the Government officers for solution

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with officers regarding the complaint & ensure its timely resolution
• Collect grievance & lodged the Grievance online

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience:

• MBA or any graduates having experience in the field of Media/ Journalism/Public Administration

Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent communication
• Hindi typing essential
• Should have idea about government welfare schemes & district of jharkhand

**Candidates of Bokaro & Jamshedpur will be given preference
