Our client (a GC in Northern, VA) is hiring for multiple Lead Quality Control Engineers. They work on projects ranging from hotels, office buildings, data centers, airports, health care, multifamily, government, schools, sports facilities, and labs. A majority of these projects are $15M+ in value.

Start-up and implementation of the QC Process
Review all potential deficiency reports, track discrepancies and verify issues are corrected prior to closure
Develop and facilitate preparatory meetings and conduct initial, follow-up and final inspections
Perform daily field and material inspections to verify contractor’s work complies with the project specifications and applicable codes
Submit and review RFIs to ensure changes are implemented in the field
At least 3 years of recent quality control experience
Must have worked on commercial ground-up/vertical/base-build projects valued at $15M+
BS in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred
Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Prolog, Primavera and AutoCAD
Car allowance of $700 a month
Given a fully-paid company cell phone
