Responsibilities will include:
Organizing case material and preparing trial related documents
Working with attorneys, staff and clients to document information and evidence
Developing and analyzing statistical programs that will be utilized in high profile cases
Drafting correspondence, memoranda and other documents through physical and electronic mediums
Supporting trial teams with whatever is needed
Qualifications are as follows:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010, and fluency with SAS statistical software as well as SQL/C is highly preferred.
A background in data analytics and anti-dumping laws strongly preferred
Master’s degree preferred, but will consider excellent candidates with a Bachelor’s degree
Experience in relational database programming, research methods and data integrity testing is a must.
Excellent data analytical skills and an interest in interpreting facts and figures
Superior attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in a second language (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese or Spanish) a plus
