Ujjivan is seeking a Relationship Manager to help lead its sales efforts. The Accounts Manager is expected to develop opportunities and build healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify key opportunities through sales call and meetings.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients etc.
Communicate and cross sell new opportunities to the existing and potential clients.
Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
Co-ordinate with different departments in order to resolve the queries / service request of complains of the customer.
Follow up with the customers for timely collections.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
At least 5+ years of work experience in raising liabilities from Institutional segment
Institutional Segment includes , Government , Semi government bodies , Corporate , Trust , Association , Societies , Clubs , NGOs , section 25 companies etc
Ideal have a clear understanding of KYC and documentation complexities in this segment
Should be currently working in this segment in that particular location
Able to articulate his key achievements and his personal contribution in this business.
Aggressive in intent and should be self-driven & self-motivated
Must have good networks over his business and ability to survive with targets.
