1.) To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, growth) through the team of RSMs, ASMs & SOs.
2.) To conduct business development orientation programme and impart regular training to the team members of Zone.
3.) Monitoring the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. at every month.
4.) Monitoring the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team at every month.
5.) Monitoring the Depot/ (C & F) administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution.
6.) Monitoring the Strategy implementation by the field force.
7.) Monitoring & review of Sales Team members activities & business.
8.) To develop healthy business relations with business partners.
9.) Fieldwork in the entire zone to identify new markets and opportunities.
10.) Scrutinize and appoint competent parties as new stockist.
11.) To appoint new ASM / RSM in coordination with GM / HO.
Salary:INR 6,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A
